required to pay for their own tests. The HOA is not responsible for these
costs. Donors must be tested at least once every 3 months, and results must
be discussed with the Head of the House of Donors and any other individuals
that need to know. |

Responsibility |
As members of the HOA, all our actions are a reflection of the HOA. We
are obligated to be in control of our actions so as to not slander the image
of the HOA, its members, Elders, Heads of Houses, or the larger Vampire and
Otherkin communites. We are also obligated to feed in a manner that complies
with the rules set forth in the compendium, exercising knowledge of safety
and control. Elders and Heads of Housse are obligated to teach so that other
members can learn through the examples set by the Elders and Heads of Houses
of responsible methods of feeding and safety. |

Compassion |
Strive to understand the needs of others in the community. Make it your
business to give help to those in need whenever possible. The HOA must be
viewed as a beacon to those who need help. Also be aware of the needs of
individuals. Feed safely, and never from the old, young, infirm, mentally

Diversity |
Each of us is on our own path. No one path is more correct than another.

similarities. Let us learn from each other, understand our differences, and
accept them with respect and dignity. |

in our stucture and the compendium give us the ethical standpoint to stand
up and show the fearful world our strengh in wisdom. All opinions will be
held dear, and no one will be be ostrisized for expressing their minds. |
